LP Guild serves as Ferra’s SocialFi layer: ‘Social’ sets the stage, yet ‘Fi’ comes first.
1️⃣Guild Roles & LP Perks
Much like a social network, every guild has 3 basic roles: OwnerㆍAdminㆍMember
Whatever you choose to be: ALL EARN BONUS FEES.
Guild owner
Earn 1% of the Total Claimed yield (excl. bonus fee) by all Guild members (excl. owner) in the previous week.
Guild member
Earn up to 4% bonus on your own Claimed yield (excl. bonus fee) from the previous week (if your Guild ranks top 50 Weekly)
This applies to Guild admin as well.
Top Weekly LP Guilds & Bonus fee Rewards
Guilds compete in Top Weekly LP Guild to earn bonus fee rewards based on your last week’s Guild Rank:
Rank 1: +4% bonus on last week’s claimed yield for all Guild members, owner & admin
Rank 2: +3% bonus on last week’s claimed yield for all Guild members, owner & admin
Rank 3: +2% bonus on last week’s claimed yield for all Guild members, owner & admin
Rank 4 — 10: +1% bonus on last week’s claimed yield for all Guild members, owner & admin
Rank 11 — 50: +0.5% bonus on last week’s claimed yield for all Guild members, owner & admin
Your Guild Rank is determined by Weekly fees ($), also known as the total Weekly Claimed yield (excl. bonus fee) of all Guild members (incl. Guild owner). We snapshot this data at week’s end & reset at the start of each new week.
After the last week’s Guild rank is finalized, all Bonus fee rewards will be paid out in USDC the following week. Guild owner, admin & members can then claim ANYTIME.
E.g. Guild A has 2 members — Bob (Guild Owner) & Alice (Guild Member).
In Week 1:
Guild A finished Rank #1
→ Earn +4% bonus fee of Week 1’s claimed yield. This bonus reward is claimable in Week 2
Alice claims 100 SUI in yield from adding liquidity
Case 1: Bob did not add liquidity in Week 1
In Week 2:
Bob earns:
→ 1% x 100 SUI = 1 SUI
Alice earns:
→ 4% x 100 SUI = 4 SUI
All bonus fee rewards are converted to USDC & paid out in USDC, and can be claimed anytime
Case 2: Bob added liquidity & claimed 200 $SUI in yield from adding liquidity in Week 1
In Week 2:
Bob earns:
→ 1% x 100 SUI + 4% x 200 SUI = 9 SUI
Alice earns:
→ 4% x 100 SUI = 4 SUI
All bonus fee rewards are converted to USDC & paid out in USDC, and can be claimed anytime

Think of Ferra LP Guild as a forum.
Create your own community or join a crew you vibe with.
It’s a home for like-minded LPers at every level to learn & grow together. Novices befriend, study from veterans; veterans share LP tactics, APR alphas, and hard-won scars. Everyone keeps a real-time pulse on the market.
Guild Roles keep things running: Owners set the cult & recruit talents. Admins pin the good stuff, trim the noise, and spin up sessions. Members flex PnL, yap everything on-chain & off-chain.
Perks go way beyond Bonus fees. The real edge is collective knowledge right on your Guild Feeds—the compounding kind that sustains your LP wins, together.

Guild owner
Create Guild
1 wallet can create only 1 guild. The owner cannot leave.
Next, enter Guild name. Uniqueness required. (Rename feature coming soon)
Set your Guild Type: Public (open join) or Private (approval needed). Owner can also switch between Public ↔ Private anytime after Guild creation.
Lastly, pick your Guild size.
Guild creation fee depends on the maximum member capacity you select initially. See table below ⤵︎
If you start with a smaller size, you can upgrade later as your community grows.
Guild upgrade fee is calculated as follows:
\(Guild Upgrade fee = (Target guild creation fee − Current guild creation fee) × 1.1\)E.g. Alice initially paid to 10 SUI to creat a 100-member Guild
→ Upgrade 100 → 500 members costs (50 - 10) x 1.1 = 40 x 1.1 = 44 SUI
→ Upgrade 100 →50,000 members costs (5000 - 10) x 1.1 = 4990 x 1.1 = 5489 SUI
→ Upgrading LATER costs MORE fees

Attach your Socials (Twitter, TG, Discord) to your Guild
Add/Remove admin(s)
Max 5 admins per Guild
Accept member to join Guild (if the Guild is private)
Kick Guild member
Invite member (using invite link)
Manage Guild Feed

Edit post (within 1 hour since posting + max 5 times per post)

You’ll forfeit any Unclaimed bonus fee rewards in the Guild you leave. Some past contributions (Volume, etc.) are still counted towards the Guild’s totals if you rejoin.
7 days after leaving, you can join a new guild or rejoin the former one
If you are kicked by the Guild owner, you can create your own guild or join another Guild immediately.
